• Banner ads are sized according to the table below with the minimum being 200 x 75 pixels.

• The cost per advertisement per month depends on the size of the banner and the number of Unique Visitors per month.

• A Unique Visitor is a unique IP address that has made at least 1 hit on 1 page of the web site during the current monthly period shown by the report. If this Unique Visitor makes several visits during this monthly period, the Unique Visitor is counted only once.

• The ad cost includes my construction of a static (no motion) banner image with your text, or your constructed banner image, sized and priced according to the table below subject to change.

• The banner ad will be hyperlinked to any external target you choose (website page or email).

• Ads will be displayed on all pages in the same position and size throughout this website. If more than one advertiser wants a particular position on each page, the highest bidder will prevail.

• Payment is minimum 12 months in advance based on the previous 12 month's average Unique Visitors count, recalculated at the end of each term.

• Failure to pay the invoice within 1 week of notice will result in the ad being replaced.

• Canadian resident advertisers pay GST, non-Canadian residents do not.
