I have family matters that are going to take more of my attention as 2021 unfolds, so I have decided to sell this high traffic domain (CHPC.biz traffic details) and database that has been built up over the last 16 years.

I started this project as a way to understand the dynamics of the real estate market in Canada and the site has grown into some of the most unique real estate charts that plot various aspects of economic activity that influence our housing markets.

If I had better software skills and the time to do the work to improve the revenue stream, I would, but this project has always been for me, a pastime, an educational hobby. It has served that purpose indeed as one can see from the broad range of economic topics that I have focused on.
